What can I expect when I submit a form?

You will hear from Ryan (All Marketing Group's Owner), or member of the team, within 24 hours. This carries absolutely zero obligations and we will not spam your email or phone with countless automated messages filled with unnecessary information (we hate that too). Once you and Ryan touch bases, a discovery or intro call will be scheduled to either see how we can help, or schedule a shoot day!

What happens after our discovery call?

After you talk with Ryan or a team member, AMG gets right to work! Our team will immediately begin planning shot lists, content ideas, scripts, and everything else that we might need for the big shoot day. We are all about efficiency, as we know all business owners need their time, so we will avoid blowing up your phone with details. The week of or day before the shoot, you can expect us to reach out to provide a rundown so we are all on the same page.

So we had a successful video shoot, what now?

After our video shoots, our videographers upload the footage and images right away to our network. From there, our team organizes by video concepts, b-roll, etc. Once organized, our team of editors are assigned videos to create. If this is a one-time shoot, our turn-around time is a few days at maximum; however, if we work together on a monthly basis, the next step would be a series of internal revisions. After revisions are completed, we will put together a content calendar slide deck with a video link, captions, and notes to send to you for your approval.

I didn't like a piece of the video, can I change it?

We will gladly accept up to 2 revisions from clients. Although we have an extensive internal review process, we understand some clients will still want changes to be made.

I was hoping to get a few pictures too, can you provide that?

When you schedule a one-time shoot, we try to stick to the offer. However, if you are good to us, we have the tendency to give more than you could ever ask for! Basically, ask politely and our videographers will gladly include some professional photos. As for recurring customers, we typically include up to 20 professionally edited photos as a part of the contract.

Why isn't my website on top of Google?

Our SEO and website design services aim to increase your Google ranking to at least page 1 of Google. However, there is no guarantee that you become #1, especially not quickly. Short and sweet, we won't lie to you like many SEO servicers on Fivver or other companies. SEO takes times, often a few weeks to a few months to see any real progress. This is also very specific to location, search terms, keywords, and devices. Although we can't promise that number one spot, we can absolutely promise that your ranking will improve and your website will function better.

What happens if I have to reschedule a shoot?

Understandably, business owners are busy... but so are we! We take pride in being understanding and working with clients, however, we can only accept 1 reschedule before enforcing our policy of a rescheduling fee. The fee can vary based on our schedule and day of the week.

Does All Marketing Group have backup systems?

The simple answer is yes! Not only do we equip our cameras with 2 SD cards to store video/photo, but we have an internal network of backups. Both physical hard drives and cloud software are used to ensure your footage and photos are safe and sound.
